Your uploaded documents, personal details, and bank information are encrypted before they are stored in your private Berri owner workspace.

Once our Buildium connection is enabled, approved documents and supported owner details will be transferred to your Buildium owner record after management review. Approved documents will also be made available in your Buildium owner portal.

Current status: Buildium transfers are not active yet. Uploads remain in your Berri workspace. Bank-account and payout changes require separate review and are not automatically sent to Buildium.
